Mesh Yazılım Teknoloji Limited Şirketi was founded in 2021 in Kadıköy, Istanbul. Since our founding we have delivered software solutions to brokers and crypto exchanges across the Gulf and Central Asia.
In 2024, our global product line was reorganized as an independent company in Dubai under the name Innovatex Digital FZCO. Mesh refocused on its original role: an Istanbul-based software company running selective custom engineering projects and developing our own product, Nexus Dijital — an AI-powered social media and Telegram platform.
We are not a large company. We do not aim to be. We have an engineering team distributed across four countries, a single registered Turkish entity active since 2021, one trademark we own outright, and one global product company we distribute regionally. That is the whole picture.
