What's inside

The seven burdens of broker operations, solved

01

MT5 + cTrader

Direct connection via the MT5 Manager API, native integration with cTrader. Account opening, balances and trade data are managed from the panel.

02

15+ languages, true RTL

Right-to-left support at the interface level, not a translation layer. A client portal in more than 15 languages, including Arabic and Persian.

03

Hybrid partner engine

3-tier referral and corporate IB structures run side by side. Mixed partner networks are calculated in a single engine, without conflicts.

04

Smart-Settle

Partner commissions pass through an audit hold; suspicious volume is caught before any payout goes out.

05

Broker Defense

Abuse detection through device fingerprinting, IP clustering and anti-scalping rules — a defense layer against bonus and commission abuse.

06

Universal KYC adapter

Sumsub, Jumio and Onfido behind a single adapter; switching providers doesn't require an integration project. AML workflows built in.

07

Payments + cards + staking

Integrated crypto payments, card program and staking modules — built on the same core as the rest of the product family.

Compliance & audit

Built for a regulated brokerage

Mesh is a software vendor, not a regulator or a licence provider. What the CRM gives you is the evidence trail an auditor asks for — and the tooling to produce it without a spreadsheet.

KYC

Provider-agnostic onboarding

Sumsub, Jumio and Onfido sit behind one universal adapter. Switching provider — because a regulator asked, or because pricing changed — is a configuration change, not an integration project. Document expiry is tracked and re-verification is triggered automatically.

AML

Sanctions and PEP screening

Clients are screened against OFAC, EU and UN sanctions lists and PEP databases at onboarding and on an ongoing basis. Hits open a case rather than silently blocking, so a compliance officer makes the decision and the decision is recorded.

LOG

Immutable audit trail

Every leverage change, balance adjustment, group move, bonus grant and withdrawal approval is written to an append-only log with the operator, timestamp and previous value. This is the record that turns a regulator's question into a five-minute answer.

RBAC

Role separation

Dealing, finance, compliance and support see different panels and hold different rights. A support agent cannot move money; a dealer cannot approve a withdrawal. Segregation of duties is enforced by the system, not by policy.

GEO

Per-jurisdiction rules

Leverage caps, bonus eligibility, accepted documents and onboarding flows differ by the client's country. Brokers operating from Dubai, Cyprus or a Turkish entity run those rulesets side by side in one installation instead of one system per licence.

DATA

Where the data lives

On the self-hosted edition, client data never leaves your infrastructure — which is usually the shortest route to satisfying a data-residency requirement. On white-label, tenants are isolated at row level by broker ID.

Crypto-native brokerage

Crypto funding, cards and staking — already wired

Most brokers bolt a crypto payment processor onto a CRM that was never designed for it, then reconcile by hand. These modules are built on the same core as the CRM, so a deposit becomes a trading balance without a second ledger.

Funding

Crypto deposits via GoWallet

TRON (TRC-20), Ethereum, BSC and Solana. A permanent deposit address per client, or a single-use address per order.

  • Deposit detected, confirmed and credited automatically
  • Balance lands on MT5 or cTrader without a manual step
  • Automatic sweep or batched withdrawal to control network fees
Payout & retention

Branded cards and staking

Clients withdraw to a card carrying your brand, or leave idle balance in a staking product instead of moving it to a competitor.

  • Virtual and physical cards through the BaaS platform
  • Staking module on the same balance ledger
  • PSP management panel for fiat rails alongside crypto
Delivery model

Two editions, one product

We run the infrastructure, or you host it yourself — choose what fits your needs.

White-Label

On our infrastructure

Setup, operations and updates are on us; you focus on your brand and your clients.

  • Fast start — the infrastructure is ready
  • Updates applied automatically
  • Monitoring and maintenance handled by Mesh
Self-Hosted

On your own servers

Delivered as a compiled build; data and infrastructure stay fully under your control.

  • Data stays entirely in your environment
  • Hosting aligned with your own compliance requirements
  • Version updates delivered on a planned schedule
Pricing

What actually drives the number

We don't publish a price list, because a per-seat number tells a broker almost nothing — two firms with the same headcount can differ several times over in cost. These are the five things that move it, so you can size the range before you talk to anyone.

01 · Edition

White-label or self-hosted

White-label runs on our infrastructure and starts fastest — monitoring, updates and scaling are ours. Self-hosted ships as a compiled build onto your servers; it costs more to set up and less to depend on us, and it is usually the answer when data residency is a licence condition.

02 · Modules

Base plus what you switch on

The base covers client portal, MT5 or cTrader connection, KYC, back office and support. Partner engine with Smart-Settle, Broker Defense, crypto funding, cards, staking and the PSP panel are priced separately. A prop firm and a retail broker end up with very different bills.

03 · Trading servers

How many platforms and servers

One MT5 server is straightforward. Several MT5 servers plus cTrader — common once a broker holds more than one licence — means more connections to run and reconcile, and that is reflected in the price.

04 · Volume

Client count and traffic

Active clients, deposit volume and the size of the partner tree drive infrastructure cost on the white-label edition. On self-hosted this is your bill, not ours, which changes the arithmetic at scale.

05 · Migration

What you are coming from

Moving from a spreadsheet is not the same as migrating a live book with an existing IB tree and unpaid commissions. Migration is quoted as a one-off; we map the partner structure and settlement history before touching anything live.

Monthly subscription plus per-module pricing. Modules you will not use never enter the quote. A 30-minute call is enough for us to put a real range on it — and if the honest answer is that you do not need this yet, we will say that.

Choosing a provider

Six questions worth asking any vendor

Including us. Forex CRM demos look alike; the differences show up in the second month. These are the questions that surface them early.

  1. Is the MT5 connection a bridge or the Manager API?

A bridge polls and lags, and it breaks in ways you find out about from a client. Manager API integration is at server level. Ask which one, and ask what happens when the platform is under load.

  2. Can referral and corporate IB run at the same time?

Most engines do one or the other. If yours has an open referral programme and an admin-assigned IB tree at once, ask how double counting is prevented — the answer should be specific.

  3. What happens between commission earned and commission paid?

If it is paid immediately, bonus and volume abuse is your loss. Ask whether there is an audit hold, how long it is, and whether the partner can see the pending amount without withdrawing it.

  4. Can you switch KYC provider without a project?

Regulators and pricing both change. If the KYC vendor is hard-wired, that switch becomes a quarter of engineering work.

  5. Who holds the data, and where?

Get the answer in writing before the licence review, not during it. Ask specifically whether a self-hosted option exists and what it excludes.

  6. What does leaving look like?

Ask for the export format on day one. A vendor confident in the product will answer plainly.

Frequently asked

Questions brokers actually ask

How much does a forex CRM cost?
There is no single number, and any vendor quoting one before understanding your setup is quoting a different problem. Cost is driven by edition (white-label or self-hosted), which modules you switch on, how many trading servers you connect, client volume, and whether you are migrating a live book. Pricing is a monthly subscription plus per-module fees. A 30-minute call is enough for us to give a real range.
Does it integrate with MetaTrader 5 and cTrader?
Yes — MT5 through the Manager API at server level, not a bridge, and cTrader through the Open API. Multiple MT5 servers are supported in one installation. Account opening, leverage and group changes, balance operations and trade history are all handled from the CRM panel.
Is it suitable for a regulated broker?
It is built for one. KYC runs through a provider-agnostic adapter (Sumsub, Jumio, Onfido); AML screening covers OFAC, EU and UN sanctions lists plus PEP databases; every privileged action is written to an append-only audit log with operator and timestamp; and role-based access enforces separation of duties between dealing, finance, compliance and support. Mesh is a software vendor — we supply the tooling and the evidence trail, not the licence.
Can it handle several jurisdictions in one installation?
Yes. Leverage caps, bonus eligibility, accepted documents and onboarding flows are configured per client country, so a group operating from Dubai, Cyprus and a Turkish entity runs those rulesets side by side rather than paying for one system per licence.
Can we host it ourselves?
Yes. The self-hosted edition is delivered as a compiled container that runs on your own servers, so client data never leaves your infrastructure. Source code is not provided. Version updates are delivered on a planned schedule. The white-label edition runs on our infrastructure with row-level tenant isolation and automatic updates.
Does it support crypto deposits?
Yes, through GoWallet on the same core — TRON (TRC-20), Ethereum, BSC and Solana, with a permanent address per client or a single-use address per order. Deposits are detected, confirmed and credited to the trading balance automatically, so there is no second ledger to reconcile. Branded card issuing and staking are available as modules on the same balance.
How does the partner and IB system work?
Two structures run simultaneously without double counting: a 3-tier referral programme open to every client automatically, and an unlimited-depth corporate IB tree assigned by an administrator. Commission passes through Smart-Settle — earned, calculated end of day, held in a Temp Wallet for an audit period (15 days by default, visible to the partner but not withdrawable), then released to a Redeem Wallet from which it can be withdrawn or transferred to an MT5 or cTrader balance.
How do you stop bonus and commission abuse?
Broker Defense combines device fingerprinting with three-strike escalation, IP-cluster detection for linked accounts, and an anti-scalping duration filter — trades under three minutes count zero toward commission, three to ten minutes count half, above ten minutes count fully, all configurable. Restrictions are granular: withdrawal, transfer, login, deposit, trading and bonus can each be locked independently rather than banning an account outright.
What languages does the client portal support?
More than 15, with genuine right-to-left layout for Arabic and Hebrew — mirrored at the interface level, not a translated stylesheet. This matters for brokers selling into the Gulf, where an RTL portal that visibly breaks costs conversions.
Can you migrate us from our current CRM?
Yes, and it is quoted as a one-off alongside the subscription. Before anything touches production we map the existing partner tree, commission history and unpaid balances, because that is where migrations usually go wrong. The old system stays live until the new one is verified against it.
Is it suitable for a prop firm rather than a retail broker?
Yes. Prop firms typically switch on a different set of modules — challenge and evaluation flows, payout controls and stricter risk rules matter more, while a large IB tree usually matters less. The base is the same product; the configuration and therefore the price differ.
How long does deployment take?
White-label is fastest because the infrastructure is already running; self-hosted adds provisioning and hardening on your side. The real variable is not installation but your MT5 or cTrader configuration, KYC provider account and payment rails. We scope those in the first call and give a dated plan rather than a range.
Pricing principle

Monthly subscription + per-module pricing; scope is finalized in a discovery call.

Modules you won't use never enter the quote.
